In 2019 REAL achieved certification of its Quality Management System to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good-quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.

In 2024 REAL achieved certification of its Environmental Management System to the ISO 14001:2015 standard.

ISO 14001 assists companies continually to improve their environmental performance and comply with any applicable legislation. The standard highlights what an organisation needs to do to meet its own targets and performance measures, and to monitor and measure the situation. ISO 14001 is relevant to any organisation seeking to improve and manage resources more effectively. This includes:

• original equipment manufacturers and their suppliers
